The 6" inlet is sized for sewer and drain PVC. The 4" outlets are sized for easy hose connection - just slip your 4" Flex Hose on the outside and clamp it down. Product recommended for all machines that need a double 4" pickup such as table saws, band saws, router tables, etc.
